On Friday July 10th 2009, Fish El Salvador had the opportunity to organize the 1st Annual Navy Fishing Tournament. Waht a day for Mahi-Mahi !!! They were everywhere and on a very aggresive bite. The anglers took home about 200 lbs of fresh fillet to enjoy in a variety of recipes such as the ones we display in our Mahi Mahi blog.
